The survey has been designed by the VCH Public Health Surveillance Unit based on previously validated instruments and is informed by the completion of the first round of survey data collection in June 2013-2014. It has also been vetted by the My Health My Community Steering Committee with membership from VCH Corporate Communications, Public Health Surveillance Unit, Population Health Observatory, Indigenous Health, Decision Support, Community Engagement and Medical Health Officers from Fraser Health and Vancouver Coastal Health Authority.
The full set of survey questions will be available after the survey launches in 2020.
