2013/2014 My Health My Community Survey
We were looking to hear from over 43,000 people…and we came close!
The survey closed on June 30th, 2014 and we have tallied our final numbers – we reached 77% of our goal overall – 99% for Vancouver Coastal and 62% for Fraser Health Region.
